With the APA Conference fast approching, please find enclosed a link to information on Speakers Preparation and AV Requirements for APA Conference Week 2009.  This includes Speakers Preparation room location, opening hours presentation and AV requirements.

Registration

Upon arrival, please visit the registration desk in the Parkside Gallery, Ground Level to register and collect your registration pack.

Speakers's Preparation Room

Please visit the speaker's preparation room (Bayside 108, Level 1) no later than two sessions prior to your presentation session, to upload your presentation.
